Number transfer

I switched over to smarty and entered in my pac to bring my old number over. This was all done on the Tuesday the 28th. Activated my new smarty sim on the same date and it was all ment to be transferred over on the 29th. However it's now the 1st and my number still hasn't transferred over. Because of which I am not able to log in to anything that uses my number for 2 step verification. I no longer have a date for when this will get transferred so I'm a bit in the dark. Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Thankyou for the help, I had to get in touch via webchat, I found out that the transfer hadn't gone through, but it was sorted and I had my number come through yesterday. All well that ends well.

@ShazC_3394605 Firstly, check your account dashboard to see what number is associated with your Smarty sim.

If it has not come across, despite email confirmation of the expected date, then you need a web chat with Smarty Support for them to sort this out for you.

Just a 'heads up' - numbers do not transfer over the weekend.
