Nuisance calls

Hi I need advice my daughter is recieving caller id blocked nasty calls from someone who is calling her names , I need to find out what the number is , we have recently lost our eldest child to bullys and this is unacceptable and the police have been informed but I need advice as to how I get the number thank you

@MarkGilb_294417  A grim situation. The Police do have access to mast records in certain cases I believe.

The way to stop this is to change her number and ensure that she does not give it out generally. Support Team can arrange a number change if you web chat end explain.

If there is any problem with a number change, a new sim will come with a new number once activated.
