Whilst roaming in Ireland, I am unable to make a calls. Before someone asks, yes I have the international number correct and this was working a month ago. I also notice that even though there is a 4G signal the phones (Pixel 6a and 4a XL) they keep getting thrown off onto 3G.
I have opened two help conversations and have been promised that it would be fixed in 3 days, another 3 days and then more fobbing off. What is going on?
