Why am I getting email at 1:20 am saying my bill has not been payed as I have a complaint about this same thing

@GeorgeM_2293321 None of us can answer that because we are forum members like you and do not deal with account issues.
When you talk about a bill - smarty do not have bills as such - you pay for a plan in advance.
You will need to ask smarty Support team via web chat.
