Hi @Anthony_1120194 . Start by looking at the Network Status checker to see if there is a local mast problem - https://smarty.co.uk/network-status-checker.

The next step if there is no issue would be to turn off the phone and turn on again to try to force it to register on the network. If still no joy, take out the sim and give it a gentle clean before reinserting.
