Hi I was using my phone yesterday and around 12am last night and all of a sudden lost service and still no service. Actually had to top up another SIM card from a different network so I can get on here and try and get some help. Have been with smarty a couple months now and this is the first problem. My plan runs out tomorrow so maybe I will just leave the network now. Have went on to dashboard and it all looks fine, have checked network status and it's fine as well. Have took the SIM out and put it back in but nothing is working 🤷🏼

@Steven88 Possibility of mast failing last night, but Network Status checker not yet updated?

@Steven88 Other than a web chat with Smarty Support, I'm not sure what else you can do other than try the sim in another phone to exclude phone issues or perhaps a network reset.
