I haven't had any network access since this morning and it's causing me a nightmare at work. I don't understand what the issue might be. Please can you advise?

What do you mean by 'no network access'? Do you mean the phone is showing no signal? If so, your local mast may have a fault or be having some work done on it. Use Smarty's network status checker to confirm. In the meantime, if you have WiFi where you are, you could use WiFi calling for calls and texts.

@RyanDoh_2620419 Much as I can sympathise with the inconvenience, no point in writing this to Smarty because they only support consumers and not business accounts - see note at the very bottom of this web page.
