For almost a week I've had NO service whatsoever and when I check, the explanation is "We're fixing an issue in your area. Please keep checking back"
Does anyone else have this problem (I'm in North Liverpool). It's not good enough. At the very least, I should be offered a week's credit for lack of service that's been paid for.

@Brendan_1816421 Firstly, the fact that you have had no service on that mast doesn't mean that you have had no service anywhere in the UK. To be fair, how do Smarty know that you won't be using other masts for more of the time than your home mast?
Have you asked about any compensation via the web chat?
