Iv just signed up I have a sim card I'm transferring my old number  over  enterd the package number 

I already have a sim card but instructions  sre saying they are posing  one out to me ?? 

 

Do I need to wait or can I use the sim iv already got

@RobFost_3209421 I would advise just waiting now that you have ordered one that's coming through the post.

You could probably activate the one you already have then ask Smarty to refund the one that's coming through the post, but I think you'd need to create a new Smarty account with a different email address to do that, plus there's always a chance that you accidentally order a second one to come through the post (lots of people seem to make this mistake when attempting to activate a SIM they already have).

Plus, who knows what problems it could cause with your number port if you cancel the SIM that Smarty are now planning to port your number to.

So I think you're best just avoiding the hassle and waiting now.
