Hello my name is Rhys and I received my sim card.
I had an issue prior to this because I had to change my address, which unfortunately the system would not let me do this in my account.
My main concern, is I received my sim card and when I tried to activate it. A message said it doesn't recognize the sim card number.
I'm getting very worried and would like to get started A.S.A.P.
I've already paid for the £15 phone plan and I really need assistance.

To clarify when you are trying to activate your SIM you should log into your account here, https://smarty.co.uk/login.
From here you will be prompted to activate.
