Hi, I have requested a pac code and inserted my new smarty sim into my phone. Then restarted the phone.
I have gone into Smarty and put my pac code in and my mobile number.
why is it not working?

@Annabel_2522764 In what way is it not working? Have you activated the sim and purchased a Smarty plan? You should see a random number in your account dashboard - it is allocated when you sign up.
When you input your PAC, you should get an idea of when the number will transfer over - normally if you request early in the day, it often completes by 5pm on next business day.
If you are having further problems, a web chat with smarty Support team will allow them to check your account.
