New to Smarty but can't call out.

If you have recently ported your number to SMARTY and are not able to call out, I recommend reaching out to our webchat team so we can take a look into your account to find our what the root cause of the issue is.
This could be a split-port which means your number is stuck between SMARTY and your previous provider, this can be resolved by SMARTY contacting your previous provider to collect the correct transfer files so we have full access to your number.
Please speak to our chat team ASAP so we can begin our investigation.

@SandraCl_982022 Apart from advice given by @JodieC , have you very recently activated a sim and purchased a Smarty plan? If that is the case, it's not always an instant process and you may need to give it a while.
Also worth turning phone off and then on after a minute or two in order to force it to register to network.
