Tried reaching out to customer services but no reply regarding me and my partner going onto Smarty but unfortunately her phone is saying Mobile network is unavailable after working good for three days. I've placed her SIM card in two different mobile phone just to see if it's outside but the same message appears.

@Veng There have been many issues over the past few days affecting some people. I don't think there is much they can tell you until they fix it.
