Why won’t it work outside in my garden

We are sorry to hear you cannot connect in the garden.

There are plenty of reasons why you might be having trouble with your network connection in your garden. Unfortunately, SMARTY can't guarantee 100% coverage or a completely fault-free service.

You could be dealing with network congestion, which happens when a lot of users are connected to the same mast at the same time. This can understandably affect the quality of the network. Because congestion can vary, it's tough for us to predict when it might clear up. That means we’re not able to give you a specific timeframe for when things will improve.

@NickiRa_2627336  Almost impossible to say!

1. Have you got mobile data switched on in your phone settings?

2. Have you got an active Smarty sim and a current Smarty plan with enough data left on it?

3. Have you done a Network Status check to look for any local problems?

4. Is it just o ne web page or many?
