Hi I had pay as you go with ID mobile and transferring to Smarty. After a day my number has migrated. Ie people ringing me in old no get through but phone says I'm still with ID mobile and Smarty says delay due to all files not being sent. This is so frustrating. I am wondering if they've transposed the numbers. Please help. Ps when ringing the Smarry no I'm trying to get rid of my phone says the migratonot yet complete
