Migrating of my number into Smarty taken over 3 days

Hi I had pay as you go with ID mobile and transferring to Smarty. After a day my number has migrated. Ie people ringing me in old no get through but phone says I'm still with ID mobile and Smarty says delay due to all files not being sent. This is so frustrating. I am wondering if they've transposed the numbers. Please help. Ps when ringing the Smarry no I'm trying to get rid of my phone says the migratonot yet complete

@Giovann_2880571 Unfortunately, we will not be able to help because we are forum members - customers - just like you.

You need to have a web chat with Smarty Support Team and ask them to sort it out. You should receive an email when the whole process is complete. Don't forget that you may need a network reset to make your phone recognise its new number.

Thank you for your time. I am well aware that we are all customers. I have spoken to on the chat several times and they have been useless. At the end of each conversation something pops up to suggest that I go on the Community board and so I thought I would, just incase someone else has had the same experience and can offer advice re eg what is actually happening, or give me some idea re timelines. Thanks again

It's just that we cannot access any account to see what has happened and so circumstances we have experienced may not mirror those you have had.
