Messenger Agents cut me off and don't know how to enable my sim.

The agents on messenger keep on clearing my conversation. After reporting my phone lost I am trying to enable my sim again whether physical or esim.

The agents seem completely lost read the notes on the system then clear the chat.

I've raised complaints but nothing is happening.
