Hello everyone. I have just joined Smarty. None of my texts are going through. : (
I have followed the advice on https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/1170797-problems-with-sending-text-messages but when I dial *#*#4636#*#* I just get a voice saying "You've not been given access to this service". I have also tried the SIM in another phone, but same issue. I have an iPhone SE.
Any advice?

Hey โ It may be a delayed port, if you have received correspondence confirming the transfer has been successfully completed, give it a few hours and it should pull through.
If nothing has improved, and you have tested the sim in a different device it sounds like a possible split port!

Thank you Linsey. It is working now. I don't know if I fixed it by going through all my settings or whether it just fixed over time. Happy either way!
