I bought my wife's sim card so it is in my name. I'm dying of cancer this year, how do I fix it so she owns it? Probably the same thing for the one for my iPad.
Thanks.

It is difficult for me to provide account specific advice about your account on this platform. We do have services available for customer with extra needs, here are the details https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/7222575-what-accessibility-services-can-you-provide-once-i-tra...

SMARTY will not change the name of the account holder unless you change name legally by marriage or dead poll etc. You will have to port out, obtain a new SMARTY sim and register it in her name and then port back in to SMARTY.

I'm sorry, that doesn't make sense. Neither of us is changing our names, I simply want my wife to be the account holder of her own sim.

Hi DougWel_2537512,
I think WelshPaul made this comment as you said your wife's SIM is in your name. My recommendation is to get in touch with us directly and we will be happy to assist you.
