Since we updated to iOS 18.2 yesterday we cannot make or receive calls. Apple are saying that the systems are showing dropped calls which is a provider issue.
does anyone have any suggestions please?

@AmyLJones89 I did that same update and am not having any problems with calls at present.
Have you also done a Network Status check?

Same issue on two phones. Had to change sim to another network.

Neither Apple or Smarty are accepting responsibility for this. I put another networks sim in and now it’s fine. Cuts pretty obvious where the issue lies then.

@BarryBe_1595546 @AmyLJones89 Did you do a Network Status check to see if there is a local mast issue?
I have iOS 18.2 and Smarty sim with no problem.
