I have a data only sim to use in my motorhome in a haiwai motorhome router. All has been working well but last week I could not get any internet connection so could not use the Amazon stick on ny television. This was in different locations and my tablet sim worked perfectly well. Any suggestions?

Are the Huawei and tablet SIM cards both from SMARTY Mobile @GillLon_1568323?
If both are SMARTY SIM cards, and one doesn't work it could be:
- A faulty SIM card.
- A faulty motorhome router.
- Setup corrupted on the motorhome router.
- No active plan for the data only SIM card in the motorhome router.
Does the motorhome router data only SIM card work in the tablet?

Hello Chalkychap
My iPad SIM is O2 and I have no problems with it. When I first got the Smarty SIM it had no internet connection and took 2 of my techy friends over 8 hours to resolve the issue between Smarty and Haiwai. Now it has reverted back to no internet

Okay @GillLon_1568323, SMARTY and O2 use completely different mobile network infrastructure, so O2 might have a good signal whereas the SMARTY signal may be poor or non-existent at your location, or vice versa at another location.
Your tech friends might be required once more - another case of #LessSMARTY, #MoreMalarkey?
