I have a dual sim set up and unable to SMS despite phone showing connection to 4G and signal drops when trying to make a voice call. Both mobile data and primary set to ported number, SMARTY confirmed number transfer has been completed!
Can anyone help? Pulling my hair out ๐

@SueBlac_2708625 Woohoo!! Glad you at least have service. I mentioned it because I seem to remember seeing a similar post a while ago.
I'm not sufficiently expert to advise further on this. Can you set the sims as primary and secondary - or is that done automatically?
