I replaced my sim with the same number as I lost my previous phone and the new sim will not connect to the network despite the fact that I have activated it and gone through the activation troubleshooting steps. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!

@SophiaA_2171343 If you activated a brand new sim, rather than the specific replacement sim that Smarty send out when you report lost/stolen, that may well be the reason.
