Does your account dashboard show an active sim and a current Smarty Plan?
Have you done both Coverage check nd Network Status check to look for signal problems?
Do calls and texts work? Have you got mobile data turned on in phone?
You don't even tell us what you have already tried, so it's hard to advise.
