But when I tried to email about a problem not listed, I just get referred back to all the questions. I've put it in as a complaint to an address I got from Goole. Thanks

I have recently changed to smarty from 02 and on buying the smarty sim I gave my PUK details for the change of my number. this looks like it hasn't happened

@MarkHou_3287585 In order to move your number from the old network to Smarty, you need to give the PAC code - you can do this in your account dashboard
