How can existing customers switch to the new 50 GB for £8 plan ?

As I cannot see the option to switch to it, either within app or logging in to my dashboard ?

hiya, the 50gb for £8 a month deal still includes unlimited calls and texts do you know ?

 

Yes, it will, all Smarty plans offer unlimited calls and texts. 

I would like to change my plan to 50gb £8 

@DonnaAk_2562172  We are forum members like you and so cannot arrange that for you.

You need to start a web chat with the Smarty Support team who can do it.

As in this thread above @DonnaAk_2562172 start a webchat with Smarty, which is available from 08.00 - 20.00 each day. 

When I contacted Smarty via webchat, it took 5 minutes to switch plan 

(This is the Smarty community forum, we are customers, line you, we don’t work for Smarty, so of course cannot access each others account details, change plans etc)

Swish my plan to 50G for £8.
