Help! I need to stop “dealsmarts” spam premium texts

I have received a message from Dealsmarts saying it will charge me £4.50 a week per text message. There is no number attached to the message and it won’t let me send STOP to the number it has told me to. This is clearly a scam but I can’t block the number as the message has come from an unknown sender. Smarty doesn’t offer spend caps so I’m not sure what else to do. Please help!

@SophiaK_2497895 Hang on a minute....don't panic!!!!!

If you do not keep any money in your Smarty account (Account balances & credits), then they will not be able to charge you anything!

It is a scam, but I feel that you should be able to safely ignore it.

I wonder if they somehow identified you as having a contract where you could run up a bill. I expect that replying would then confirm that they could charge you with a result.
