My sons phone was recently stolen, a replacement sim was ordered. Now with new phone & sim on original number calls to his phone are diverted to another number (texts not affected). How can we solve this issue.
@itscervo Check the phone settings because that's where you normally set the option to divert calls. Where you find it exactly will depend upon phone type.
