HELP 4 Sims in one place.

Hi all, I have only just joined Smarty and picked the deal that's good for me and entered my PAC code to bring my number over, can anyone tell me how I add 3 more Sims so I can bring my other 3 numbers over for the rest of my family and how to put them all on one bill.
