EU data, connected no internet

Just paid £7 EU data, showing connected but no Internet.  What do I need to do?

After 2 days trying all the welcomed resolutions without success as windows due not have SIM/cellular options... I turned off/on the router and haypresto!  Connected!  Thank you all though

Yes both mobile and laptop restarted still no internet connection

Yes my mobile contract is unlimited but I purchased smarty to allow work from laptop.... It's the data I need

Have you set the APN value to "mob.asm.net" for the laptop device, @CHRISTI_2692929?

This is the value required for the SIM to work while roaming overseas.

Sorry, my laptop is not displaying any APN options and also mobile is not.  Could you please guide me to android, laptop and apple.  Greatly appreciated
