I tired for months to make SMARTY work, but they make it impossible to resolve anything with a bot customer services team and I've cancelled all contracts we had with them for the family.
Please, save yourself the many hours I wasted a just go anywhere else for a phone provider.
I've contacted Paypal and the Obudsman, with the following:
"I'm at then point of mental exhaustion trying to deal with the budget mobile phone provider SMARTY.
Currently, I have two working SIM cards providing a service on my family plan but appear to be paying charges for a minimum of five services, potentially six.
I have repeatedly attempted to navigate their bot-only customer services portal on their website which only resulted in further complications, and wasted hours upon hours of my time for what should have been then most simple of enquiries: what number is for what person and can you please activate said service.
I had several SIM cards with numbers different to the numbers on the dashboard accounts and one SIM with no number on it at all. Aritificial Intelligence customers services could not comprehend this and a human contact is not an option. Neither is a phone call, as per the company's policy.
I asked for a complaints e-mail and was ignored by AI who repeated the auto response about helping they posted dozens of times previously and even when I clicked through on a resolution link on site, it led to a 404 error, page not found.
The complaints from frustrated customers like myself on their "community" section is plentiful, many with the same issues."

@GavinMc_2619880 Rather than spending all the energy on writing this, if you had followed the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of this page, you would have seen the link for Complaints.
If you are paying for five or six services, then you must have anti rated that number of sims. You may have accounts with different email addresses or else should consider whether you maybe gave someone your card details and they have used them.
The 'Contact Us' link also allows you to message them and gives an opportunity to deal with a person via web chat - admittedly not instant though.
I also do not understand why you are unsure as to the exact number of charges. We receive an email and text each time plan is renewed - don't you?
Further to this, when you pay using Paypal there is a contact email for Smarty shown in your account. as well as a transaction ID. You can follow up that way.
