I thought this was fixed?
Partner has received 2 alerts in the last 13 hours (Vodafone) and I've received none (smarty).
All settings turned on.

@ziggy81ziggy Swift bit of research shows me that this was not an uncommon problem with people on the Three network.
I recall that this was an issue when the system was first rolled out.
Smarty can't do anything about it - it is all down to Three who run the network.
