Dialling 111

Has anyone else had issues dialling 111 from their phone?

I must start by saying that I don't have any experience of this.

However, according to Smarty's Price Guide calls to 111 are free.

If you have had a problem, probably a good idea to ask Support to look into it for you on your account.

Calls to 101 are free, as well as the NHS 111 and 119 services.

Thanks for your response. I tried dialling 111 three times today without success. Fortunately I had access to another phone that was not on Smarty - it went through 1st time. Maybe a temporary glitch, but just concerned that Smarty won't accept 111 as a legitimate number.
