This is the Snarty community forum, we are Smarty users, just like you, we don’t work for Smarty, so your request cannot be actioned through this forum. In addition, you would of course need to give Smarty staff your mobile number, as they need to know which number to turn voicemail off for.
If you have voicemail set up but now want it deactivated, get in touch with Smarty via web chat so that they can arrange for this to happen.
The Smarty web chat team are available from 8am-8pm 7 days a week.
