Hello, my unlimit data is very slow or very often lose conection so I don't have a internet. I am disappoited of SMARTY, when my plan will be finish I change for a THREE or o2 if still will be the problem with data

This is the Smarty community forum, we are Smarty users, we do not work for Smarty.
If Smarty is bad for you, donโt go to Three, as Three own Smarty, so of course Smarty runs on the Three network.

It is stated in our T&Cs that we cannot guarantee service availability in a particular location at any time, this is due to unplanned outages, congestion and even the property you are in.

SMARTY use the Three network which means your connection may be the same if you join them. Please get in touch with our webchat team so we can take a further look into your account and find the root cause of the connection issue.
