Data roaming Portugal

I was recently in Lisbon and data roaming would not work

i I was in Portugal in June and it mostly worked ok. 
Settings all changed earlier in year and correct. 

I am due back in Portugal end of the week and want to ensure my data roaming works. 

any ideas?

@LizReem_2570360  Did you note what network you were connected to? It is worth turning off Automatic Network Selection and checking the different ones that show up on the Manual search.

Also, if you are in an area where the masts are congested, then you may get poor signal as the local customers will take priority over the EU Roamers.
