like many posts on here I have just purchased a 3 day unlimited data add on that won’t work. the timer is already counting down but I can’t get online. I had bought it to cover me until my broadband can be connected so really frustrating. Any help gratefully received

1. Check on your account dashboard that the add-on is showing.
2. Do a Network Status check for your area
3. If it is on the account, web chat with Smarty Support Team to check for you.
