Is there a human being I can talk to rather than email or chat which is not helping anyway

Unfortunately, SMARTY Mobile only offer online help & support Jyothish_590020.
The online web chat is often very frustrating because agents don't seem to read question(s) being asked. I've resorted to asking for my chat to be transferred to a chat team supervisor, in order to make some progress.
