If you want to switch to a promotional tariff which is not available for you to select through your dashboard, you need to start a web chat with Smarty support.
I'm not sure where you're getting £7.20 from, though.. the deal I'm seeing is £8 for 50GB (if you're expecting a 10% discount because you have a group plan, I believe this doesn't apply to promotional tariffs).
