@melaniee_630273 The smarty sim is a composite and contains all three commonly used sizes of sim on one card. (That said, a watch is likely to need the nano sim - the smallest)
If the watch has a sim, it will need data available and you can buy a data plan according to how much data the manual says is necessary.
