Check your bills as I've been charged twice this month and whilst SMARTY have agreed to refund they have no way of auditing themselves apparently so up to us as customers to check for their mistakes. I've complained as they don't seem to take it seriously, especially as many others have reported similar over the years in this community. Not in their interest to be proactive!

How do you pay Smarty ?
Never had an issue with overcharging myself, but I have never used a credit or debit card, I always pay by PayPal each month.

@WayneJudd_59848 To be fair, not that many have reported this issue. The forum has not been operating for that many years.
