Dear Smarty Team,
I was a customer with yourselves for over 3 years and the only reason that I left back in July 2023 was due to coverage issues. Upon close iinspectrion I have just realised that although my account is closed I am still beeing charged. Please advise as there is a lack of customer service number for me to reach.

What did you do to cancel your service?

@Joni_K Please note that we arenโt Smarty employees. If you check your account dashboard, then you should see your live mobile number and a current Smarty plan. The only way I can think to cancel is to turn off the auto renew and ignore emails to pay for a new plan. The sim will deactivate after a total of 220 days.
Perhaps more to the point, how did you not notice money leaving your bank or card account for over a year?
