Changing data only to phone use

I have an unlimited data only plan can this be changed or upgraded to allow normal phone call usage?

I seem to only be able to make WhatsApp calls

I believe you need to chat to Smarty support to switch from a data-only plan to a voice plan - I don't think it can be done through your dashboard currently.

@Thistle  You will need to web chat with Smarty Support because they will need to remotely provision your sim to accept calls/texts/data plans.
