Change of plan

I changed my plan about ten days before my renewal date but now that my plan has renewed the new data allowance doesn’t show up in the app.

does anyone know if it shows up straight away, or do I have to wait a few days?

I'm exactly the same.  I suspect we have to wait.....unless anyone else knows.

@Anarchist58  @Nicholas_462774  You cannot buy a plan in advance. I think you need to turn off auto renew and then change the next plan.

I think @MSF may be right. 

I contacted Smarty and it turned out that because I was on a promotion, I couldn’t get a new one (would’ve been nice if they’d said it hadn’t worked). 

Smarty have cancelled my current promotion and the new one will start at my next renewal.
