Cannot make calls

my old number has been transferred now but i cannot make calls or receive them did not have trouble with my old provider

We're the same. Started a group plan for 3 of us but my daughter can't get any service. Did all the checks, ordered a new sim & still nothing. Went on webchat & was I the middle of it, as soon as it turned 8pm the operator disappeared. Really not impressed. That's a week now with no service!

@DeniseP  If you cannot get any joy from the web chat today, raise a complaint to get it sorted.

@DeniseP  Forgot to say.....has your daughter logged in to her account to ensure that her sim was activated?

They sent me two sim cards and i put the wrong one in sorted now

@Pauline_2079766  Have you checked the phone settings to ensure that it shows the correct number now?
