This android phone does not connect. Have re booted this but does not work.

@AntoniP_1632152 You are not really giving us much information in order to help you.
Have you checked that your account dashboard shows an active sim and a current Smarty plan?
Are you able to make calls and send texts?
'Does not connect' - does that mean that your browser will not open pages? Any chance that you are using a phone that is locked to a network other than Three?

Are you trying to connect via mobile data or wifi? Have you tried it both ways?
Have you set it up through Settings/Connections for wifi?
Have you entered the password correctly to connect to the wifi service you want to use (if applicable)?
Have you been able to connect to the internet before, either by mobile data or wifi, and if so has anything changed?
More info given the better someone will be able to help you!
