Is there a way for me to cancel the porting of my number to EE? I’ve been trying for 3 days to set up a contract I took with EE and they’re terrible. I want to stay with Smarty but I’ve already gave them my PAC code is there any way of cancelling the port? I have completed their cancellation form. HELP!

@CRJR1979 You are going to need to contact EE for this I think because a port normally takes place on the next business day after it is requested.
As far as Smarty will be concerned, your last plan will have finished and they will have probably had a request to release your number to EE - not sure there is much they can do, but you could try a web chat with Smarty Support team.
