Some numbers cannot call one of my smarty numbers on my family group. It will receive a voicemail text after telling the caller “cannot connect this call. Try again later” and when we click the link in the text to call the voicemail it doesn’t work.
i work in tech, I’ve done all the troubleshooting basic skills and Wi-Fi calling and checking coverage bla bla.
this number was ported from EE and ever since the port it’s had the issues for years! Wen chat has been as helpful as a chocolate fireguard.
all network settings are correct and updated and the phone is on the compatibility list.
it is 100% leading to an account issue. If someone has had similar or can shed some light on how you have resolved this, please do let me know!

@GaryColl_985730 While I have not had the issue, we seem to have had plenty of similar posts and they often seem to indicate a split port.
While you may get nowhere with web chat, perhaps worth raising a complaint so that it goes further up the food chain?
