Can't call from Italy

Why can't I phone anyone from Italy.

@StevenH_2015025 There's not a lot of information in your post.

Have you got roaming turned on? Have you got a current Smarty plan and activated sim? Is your phone showing that it has connected to a network in Italy?

See the difficulty in providing a reasonable answer?

@Giovann_2139308  Try a manual search for networks instead of auto and then try each in turn until you find a strong signal.

I have this problem too. My signal is fine. Can receive calls but not make them. I'm being blocked from doing so. Don't know what part of the chain is causing this. This plan is not very useful to me if I cant phone Uk form abroad.

@Stephen_2842868 Have you checked for different mobile networks? Have you tried calling with format +44 7xxx xxxxxx  ?
