I've been on Smarty for a week and I was with three for 14 years.
Same handset and did not port my number, I seem to be loosing calls in the middle of conversations and i can see my coverage go to almost no bars.
Considering Smarty uses the Three network this is quite alarming. I think I am in a month to month contract, so at this rate I won't be on Smarty for long. It's been a massive disappointment!

Hi
What phone are you using? I came from Three too and have similar issues.

Iphone 12 pro max.
I also popped the sim in a android phone. Same problems.
I ported the number out within a week and went to another provider. No more issues.

@BobbyBooshay Smarty does indeed use the Three network. I do often wonder if the Three customers get some form of 'signal preference' as they pay more for the service - this has never been confirmed or denied to me.
If you bought a Smarty plan, then it is a month to month item - it's not a contract as such. Did you not check that at the outset?

I closed the account pronto. It was not worth the hassle.
